Chardonnay

Xanadu Chardonnay is made with fruit sourced predominantly from the estate grown Wallcliffe, Stevens Road and Lagan Estate Vineyards.

Made entirely from Gin Gin clone Chardonnay, the grapes are handpicked and whole bunch pressed. Natural fermentation occurs in new and seasoned French oak.

All the individual batches that make up the blend are lees stirred during a nine month oak maturation. There is no malolactic fermentation. Only the best barrels are selected for the final blend.

Pale straw, Xanadu Chardonnay has a mineral backbone and bright acidity leading to a crisp fruit finish. Cellaring potential is five years.
